More Ranch

This modern ranch-style compound was thoughtfully designed and built as a gathering place for four generations. From the beginning, the goal was to create a home that felt relaxed and deeply connected to its surroundings while providing the flexibility to bring everyone together. A series of terraces extends the living spaces outdoors, giving the family multiple places to gather together or relax alone. These transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces were central to the way we approached the build, allowing the home to feel expansive without losing its sense of comfort and intimacy.

As the Santa Barbara general contractor, we coordinated the construction of the home from site work through final finishes, managing subcontractors, materials, scheduling, and quality control. We worked closely with the design team to execute the modern ranch aesthetic, including the wood exterior, expansive glass, and multiple terraces.
