Dave Young

in memoriam, 1955 - 2024

Dave co-founded Young Construction with his brother Bob in 1985. A true team player, he led by example, balancing hard work with unfettered enthusiasm. A natural collaborator, he motivated field teams to complete projects on time and within budget, ensuring quality control and operational excellence. His influence helped shaped the company into what it is today — a trusted, reliable partner who values relationships and brings a sense of pride to projects. We are proud to continue Dave’s legacy.
