Moxy Santa Barbara blends the character of Santa Barbara architecture with a modern hospitality experience. Warm wood finishes, exposed brick, custom lighting, and inviting gathering areas create an atmosphere that feels both relaxed and contemporary while remaining connected to the surrounding neighborhood.
The project includes boutique accommodations, welcoming common areas, and amenities designed to encourage visitors to work, socialize, and unwind. Every element was planned to support long-term durability, everyday comfort, and the operational demands of a busy hotel.
Working as the general contractor, we collaborated closely with the owner, design team, and skilled trades to bring the architectural vision to life with precision and quality craftsmanship. Today, Moxy Santa Barbara offers a hospitality experience that balances modern design with the long-term performance expected of a boutique hotel.
