Wes Powers | Project Assistant

Wes grew up in Prescott, Arizona and earned an AAS in Carpentry from Seattle’s Wood Technology Center in 2020. He began his career with a national bouldering gym company, working on their in-house construction crew to build out climbing facilities across the country. In 2022, Wes relocated to Santa Barbara to be closer to family. He joined Young Construction as a carpenter in 2023 and is currently training to become a foreman/superintendent. In his free time, Wes enjoys gravel cycling, backpacking, trail running, and building furniture.
