Tim Fessier | Project Superintendent

Tim began working in Santa Barbara’s construction industry in the 1980s. He has been a carpenter, estimator, project manager for a high-end finish carpentry and millwork company, and a construction superintendent. He holds a BS in Political Science from UCSB and an MS in Administration from Central Michigan University. Tim has traveled and worked extensively in other countries, managing diverse teams. He loves living and working in Santa Barbara with his wife and dog, embracing the area's outdoor lifestyle while also tackling home improvement projects.
