Sascha Allen | Assistant Project Manager

Sascha grew up on California’s Central Coast and moved to Santa Barbara in 2008 to attend UCSB. She began her construction career in 2016, starting at a local architecture firm before entering general contracting. In March 2024, she joined Young Construction, supporting estimating and project management. Sascha thrives in the fast-paced nature of the construction industry and values its constant opportunities for growth and learning. She lives in Carpinteria with her husband and enjoys beach days and staying active.
