We restored a unique collection of historic buildings to reflect the character and craftsmanship of a bygone era. Our approach centered on preserving the authenticity of each structure while thoughtfully integrating the improvements necessary for modern use.
Working closely with the project team, we repaired and restored original wood siding, windows, doors, structural elements, and architectural details, using traditional materials and techniques wherever possible. New work was designed to complement the existing buildings rather than compete with them, creating a cohesive collection that feels as though it has evolved naturally over time.
The project required a balance of precision and respect for the buildings’ history. From the weathered timber and handcrafted details to the stone landscape walls and surrounding grounds, every element was considered as part of the larger story.
Our goal was not simply to renovate, but to preserve a sense of place. The completed property now captures the warmth and simplicity of its original era while providing a functional environment for generations to come.
