Poul Andersen | Senior Project Manager

Poul grew up around the trades, inspired by his father, a skilled Danish carpenter who moved to Santa Barbara in 1962 and became a licensed contractor. After earning a business degree from Cal Poly Pomona in 1983, Poul returned to his roots in carpentry, quickly rising through the ranks to superintendent and project manager. He joined Young Construction in 1999 and has been key in delivering high-end residential and commercial projects. A proud father of three grown children, Poul now enjoys time with his wife of 33 years and hiking with their dog.
