Madeline Travis | Office Manager

A Santa Barbara local, Madeline has built a long-standing career in construction. She joined Young Construction in 1999 and plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations—managing subcontracts and insurance, assisting with payroll, banking, and change orders, and serving as callers' first point of contact. When not at the office, Madeline enjoys running, Zumba, walking her dog, and spending time in her garden.
