Danny Townsend | Project Superintendent

Danny brings decades of experience in high-end residential, hospitality, restaurant, and mixed-use commercial projects. He began his career in 1979 as a laborer, joined Young Construction in 1983, and later launched his own GC company specializing in custom homes in the Santa Ynez Valley. In 2008, he returned to Young Construction, where he is now an on-site supervisor. Danny ensures quality, safety, precision, and timely documentation throughout each project, serving as a key liaison between clients, engineers, subs, and architects. A former Seattle Mariners draft pick, he now enjoys golf and volunteering with civic organizations in his hometown of Solvang.
