Bob Young | Founder

Born and raised in San Pedro, Bob founded Young Construction before relocating to Santa Ynez in 1976 to build and develop custom homes. In the early 1980s, he partnered with his brother Dave to co-found Young Construction, expanding operations into Santa Barbara and the Central Coast. Focused on business development, Bob has grown the company to include high-end residential and commercial projects. An outdoor enthusiast, in his free time, he enjoys sailing, skiing, hiking, mountain biking, and golfing.
