Ted majored in engineering at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and has been in construction for twenty-two years. Ted is a licensed, independent general contractor and ran his own successful company, Sandhill Construction, for 8 years. Ted joined Young Construction in 1996 where his special talents in engineering, cost analysis, estimating and project management have proved invaluable.
